Adult web sites against Google
After recent problems with publishers and the DoJ, it is now the time of the adult entertainment business to turn against Google. The issue in this case, as it was with publishers, is the supposedly wrong use of its content.
According to a federal judge in Los Angeles, the use Google makes of some images from adult web sites in its Google image is a infringing the rights of these companies.
This is a possible problem for Google because it shows an increasing trend of content creating industries to avoid the use of images and related web material by Google. This can undermine the results result by Google in some services such as Google image in this case.
