You can now use gmail from your cell phone

The latest gmail service launched by Google allows cellular phone users to connect directly to their mail boxes.

The system, that is available at m.gmail.com access the gmail account using an embbeded web browser, which is available on most modern cell phones.

This service is huge news for cell phone users. Up to now, one had to pay for access to mobile email services from most companies. With gmail access, one can have instant connectivity with the same free email system used on the desktop.

Additional features are exclusively available for mobile users, such as a reply option that calls directly the sender, if the message was sent from another mobile phone.

In other words, this is another smart move from the google engineers, which will certainly bring more customers to their email system.
