Google and Nike launch soccer web site joga.com

Soccer is the most widely appreciated sport in the world. Although it is not as well popular in the USA, soccer moves millions, and is a sport on the rise. This is mainly true in a year of world cup - this time in Germany.

It is also a wonderful time for a soccer to web site. Google has recently launched such a soccer web site in cooperation with Nike. They have become partners since the end of 2005 in the creation of joga.com, a site that is in the same molds of orkut.com, but for the soccer aficionados.

Joga.com can be joined only by invitation, like so may other Google web sites. However, if you are interested in taking part on it, you can ask for an invitation directly at the main web site. Hopefully, requests will be satisfied in a few weeks, before the next worldcup :-)
