Lexar media announced today that it will add google applications, such as a tool bar search function, to its new flash drives.

The news that appeared on
bussiness week show a new trend of Google, to add its branded software to thirdy party products.

The dominance of Google in the search market is leading to interesting deals with companies that may use some other the search capabilities in their own products. It is not far fetched to see all kinds of drives with embedded software created by google to simplify tasks such as locating drivers and finding help, for example.
