Google is now targeting the Blackberry

Google has recently announced a number of services for wireless systems, signing that it is very interested in extend its search and advertisement programs to the mobile area.

The latest announcement by Research in motion makes it very clear that Google is on target to become a heavy weight in the area of mobile software. Research in motion has announced that it will incorporate Google software into its line of products, including Google instant messenger, local search, and mapping.

With this, Google completes the set of actions that started with the acquisition of a Canadian company that develops software for blackberrys.

With the recent acquisitions and other deals such as with Opera, it is certain to say that Google has become one of the largest producers of software and services for mobile devices.
