A personalized mobile homepage by Google
As I commented earlier today, Google is really determined to dominate the area of mobile software. Now they announced a personalized Google homepage for mobile users.
The new service is basically the same as the Google personalized home page, that can be accessed on www.google.com/ig. You can customize the web page to have only the information you want to access. Then, when you access that web page from your mobile phone, it will appear as formated for the wireless device.
The main advantage of the personalized mobile Google page is to allow mobile users to see their favorite web information without delay. You can just access Google and see a sumary of your favorite web sites.
It is really nice move by Google, which will be very useful for wireless users in general.
